Myles brings to our team over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including retail, travel and transportation. His ability to merge the elements of financial and operational needs is a unique asset to companies, thereby delivering maximum efficiency and profit levels.
Myles has extensive experience in distributed management, retail and customer service industries. He is accomplished at converting the strategic goals and vision of a company into financially measurable objectives. His solid management action plans include the metrics and measurements needed to ensure successful implementation.
Myles’ most recent assignment was with a recently acquired multi-unit company where he implemented process improvement in business planning and reporting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and internal controls that resulted in streamlined operations, cost containment and profit improvement.
Prior to working with R.I. Heller and Co., LLC, Myles founded ROA Management Group providing financial planning and analysis, tactical planning and internal control solutions for companies including ANC Rental, Choice Courier, and Kinney Parking. Myles also worked for Budget Rent-A-Car System, Inc. where he fully implemented and integrated a half-billion dollar reservation and operating system; executed state-of-the-art operations tactics that improved market share, quality control, and customer satisfaction; maximized revenue management opportunities; and evaluated the operational and financial performance of potential acquisitions.
Myles has served on several advisory and marketing boards.
