Bill Sittig has delivered improved profits, identified and implemented competitive strategies and action plans, enhanced management capabilities and raised service deliverables for business units ranging from $25 million to $500 million. He has directed his efforts toward execution, leadership, and margin enhancement.

Working directly with the decision-makers, Bill contributes active and hands-on leadership to ensure timely execution and desired results.  Assignments encompass crisis intervention, improved service delivery, profitable growth strategies, franchise service provider, succession planning and management development initiatives.

Bill just completed a 9 month Interim Management assignment where he turned operating performance from a  -34% margin to +15% for a troubled company unit of a nationally distributed $150 million retail service company.

Prior to joining R.I. Heller & Co., LLC, Bill served as a key member of senior operating management at Budget Rent A Car Corporation, a multi-billion dollar global company. His responsibilities included franchising, licensee operations, acquisitions and divestitures, and under-performing corporate operating units.  Bill had full profit and loss accountability for domestic and international subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Bill has collaborated on various business initiatives in the retail service sector industry since 1997.  Activities have entailed operational due diligence, restructuring, executive business plans, management assessments, organization development and private placement memorandums.
